多功能提取罐適用于中藥、食品、化工行業(yè)的常壓、微壓、水煎、溫浸、熱回流、強(qiáng)制循環(huán)滲漏作用，芳香油提取及有機(jī)溶媒回收等多種工藝操作，具有效率高、操作方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。可適用于中藥提取工藝中的水提取、醇提取、揮發(fā)油提取并可回收渣滓中的溶劑。

主罐及輔助設(shè)備凡與接觸之處，均采用SUS316L或SUS304不銹鋼制作加工，符合制藥2010版GMP要求，因而能保證藥品的質(zhì)量，且壽命長(zhǎng)。

1、由于溶質(zhì)高速溶出，提取時(shí)間短，濃縮與提取同步進(jìn)行，故藥材到濃縮藥膏只需7-8小時(shí)，設(shè)備利用率高。

2、由于濃縮的二次蒸汽作提取的熱源，抽入濃縮器的提取液與濃縮同溫度，可節(jié)約50%以上的蒸汽，熱損耗非常少。

3、溶劑投入量減少，提取罐藥材只需加一次溶劑，在一套密封設(shè)備內(nèi)循環(huán)使用，藥渣和藥液中的溶劑基本上都能回收出來(lái)（損耗率在5%以下），所以溶劑用量少、消耗低，生產(chǎn)成本大幅下降。

4、收膏率比傳統(tǒng)工藝可提高10%-15%，藥效成分含量成倍提高。因一次性注入的溶劑能實(shí)現(xiàn)大回流循環(huán)，使藥材中溶質(zhì)濃度和溶劑中溶質(zhì)濃度始終保持很高的梯度。所以藥材中的溶質(zhì)快速溶出。收膏及有效成份收率均有較明顯增加，為藥品定性定量鑒定奠定良好基礎(chǔ)。

5、一機(jī)多用（單獨(dú)提取、單獨(dú)濃縮、邊提取邊濃縮），結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，操作簡(jiǎn)便。一套設(shè)備一個(gè)人便可操作，占地面積小，節(jié)省中間貯罐，投資費(fèi)用低。

6、全套設(shè)備均采用SUS304不銹鋼制造，全密封管道化生產(chǎn)，既減少了環(huán)境污染，符合GMP要求。
